Every Record comes with multiple layers of security and tamper prevention measures, which allow it to be easily used in legal settings or shared with third parties such as attorneys and mediators. You can email PDF Records to the address of your choosing from within the app or order Printed Records by signing into your account on our website at TalkingParents.com. Prices and access vary by plan. All PDF Records include a Digital Signature. This Signature is a digital, tamper-proof seal that verifies your Record came from us and has not been modified in any way. If the Record is modified at all, the Signature will no longer appear valid. This Digital Signature can be viewed and verified by opening the PDF file with Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Reader. Printed Records can be shipped anywhere within the United States. You will receive a physical, bound copy of your Record sent to the address of your choosing. You can also include an optional signed and notarized Business Record Affidavit with your order. Your Record arrives in a sealed evidence bag to verify its authenticity and is printed on specifically weighted paper that contains a security watermark, which will appear if a page is photocopied. Every Record also includes a QR code that links to a password-protected PDF file from which the Record was printed. Additionally, all printed and PDF Records are given a unique 16-digit Authentication Code. Whenever a record is ordered, we archive a copy of the original file, which can be used as a reference should any questions of validity arise.
