To get started, you'll need to verify your email address, enter your basic information, and verify your mobile phone number.
You will receive an email containing a 4 digit code. Enter this code when prompted.
Input your first and last name, create a password for your account, and select your time zone. Your message, calendar, and record timestamps will be displayed in the time zone you select.
Enter and verify your mobile phone number to enable multi-factor authentication. A 6-digit code will be sent via text message. This step must be completed to enjoy all our features.
To use TalkingParents, you must match your account with your co-parent's account. We provide two easy options to choose from.
If your co-parent has already signed up, they can send you a unique 6-character Match ID to match you to their account. Enter it when prompted.
If you do not have your co-parent's Match ID or contact information or do not wish to contact your co-parent, you can enter your co-parent's first and last name, along with the first name and birthdate of your oldest child in common. You and your co-parent must enter your child's information identically to ensure a proper match.
If you and your co-parent still haven't matched, you can send them an invitation through text, email, or a unique Match ID.
You can send an invitation to your co-parent's mobile phone number via text message. With this option, your co-parent will receive a link to create an account along with your unique 6-character Match ID.
You can send an invitation to your co-parent's email address. With this option, your co-parent will receive a link to create an account along with your unique 6-character Match ID.
Copy the Match ID and send it to your co-parent through another form of communication. This option can be used by co-parents who only communicate through a third-party.
