Save yourself time scrolling through old message threads when looking for a previously shared file. You can view and download any files you and your co-parent shared in Secure Messaging.

Tips and best practices

Rename files to be easily recognized by both parents

Use words or a phrase to describe what the file contains. SoftballGamePic, AwardsCeremory, CutOnKnee.

Caption your attachments

When uploading a file to share with your co-parent, you will need to add some text to the message. We recommend describing the content of the file and address any issues related to it.

Attachment Library Common questions

How long are attachments available to download?

Standard or Premium Plan members have unlimited access to files in their Attachment Library. Free Plan members have seven days to access files in their Attachment Library before they are archived.

Are attachments included in the PDF or Printed Messaging Record?

Your Messaging Record will include details of every file upload and download, such as the name of the file, the file type, and any time it was uploaded or downloaded. However, it will not include the attachment itself.
